Dear Customer, by using this payment system, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of use (hereinafter referred to as 'TaC') and agree to comply with them, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this payment system.
CONSENT
The Buyer hereby confirms that they have read and understood all the provisions and terms of these general terms of use and payment through this payment system and that they accept these terms by selecting the accept button and/or by using the payment system, thereby making the TaC binding for them.

Tickets for the upcoming 10th Annual Meeting of the Serbian Neurosurgical Society with International Participation, October 30 - November 3, 2024, in Belgrade, Serbia, will be sold by Conference Republic (Seller), which is the PCO (Profesional Congres Organiser) of the event.
Tickets paid via bank transfer will be paid directly to Conference Republic (Seller) bank account. Tickets paid by payment cards will be paid using the run.events solutions for card payment.

The Seller sells tickets to Buyers for the '10th SNSS Annual Meeting with International Participation - Pediatric Neurosurgery in the 21st Century: Challenges and Opportunities. The Buyer is a legal entity (Company), entrepreneur, or an adult individual purchasing services from the Seller.
SUBJECT OF THE GENERAL TERMS
The online payment system includes data transfer from a Buyer's payment card in order to make payments for the Seller’s services, starting from the moment when the Seller processes the order for the services until the card payment company / financial institution processes the payment. As part of this process, data on the payment authorization through payment cards, which the card company/financial institution sends to the Seller and the Buyer, is transferred (hereinafter referred to as the: Online Authorization Process). Payment authorization by credit/debit cards via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the: Transaction Authorization) is performed by the card company/financial institution of the Buyer's card issuer. The Online Authorization service is provided through an appropriate software-computer infrastructure that enables the establishment of a secure connection between this payment system of the Seller and the card companies/financial institutions (hereinafter referred to as the: system).

Note/ Conversion Statement: All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia, the dinar (RSD). For an informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) is used (link to the middle rate of NBS). The amount charged to your payment card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate used by card organizations, which is unknown to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
Ticket Purchase Method:
To purchase tickets for the “10th SNSS Annual Meeting with International Participation - Pediatric Neurosurgery in the 21st Century: Challenges and Opportunities,” Buyers should follow these steps:
- 1. Access the Registration:
- Visit https://snsspediatric2024.talkb2b.net/registration and click the “PARTICIPANTS REGISTRATION/LOGIN” button.
- You will be redirected to the run.events platform.
- 2. Select Tickets:
- On your first purchase, navigate to https://snss10.customers.runevents.net/ to select the tickets and the desired quantity.
- Click the "Checkout" button to proceed.
- 3. User Account Registration:
- A new page will open where you can register a user account using one of the provided accounts (Microsoft, Google, Apple, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Complete the registration process by entering the required information. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
- 4. Login and Continue Purchase:
- If you already have an account, simply log in.
- After successful registration or login, you can continue with the purchase or make additional purchases on https://e.runevents.net/10th-snss-annual-meeting.
- 5. Complete the Purchase:
- On the purchase page, detailed information about ticket prices will be available.
- Select your tickets and click the "PLACE ORDER" button.
- Choose who is ordering ticket/tickets, individual or company/organization.
- Review the Order Summary to check the ticket type and price.
- 6. Finalize the Order:
- If everything is correct, check the box confirming that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Click “Place a Binding Order” to proceed, or "Back" to make changes.
- 7. Payment Method:
- After clicking “Place a Binding Order,” choose your payment method.
- You can pay via bank transfer (an invoice will be sent to your email) or online using a debit or credit card.
- If paying with a card, you will be redirected to a secure Chip Card payment page to enter your card details.
- Complete the payment process and you will be redirected back to https://e.runevents.net/10th-snss-annual-meeting.
- If you are purchasing with a debit or credit card, a copy of the bill will be sent to you via email in PDF format.
At this point, the calculated amount for the service will be charged, as clearly indicated before proceeding to the secure payment page.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION TERMS
Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at snsspco@snss.org.rs and snsspediatric2024@snss.org.rs.
For cancellations received more than 121 days before the event, we charge a cancellation fee of 0.00% of the reservation value.
For cancellations received 120-46 days before the event, we charge a cancellation fee of 50.00% of the reservation value.
For cancellations received 45-1 days before the event, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of Congress, bank charges and operational costs of EUR 25 will be deducted from the refund.
If you are able to find a replacement, we are happy to welcome her/him and to review your invoice retaining operational costs of EUR 25 and any bank transfer costs, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to snsspco@snss.org.rs and snsspediatric2024@snss.org.rs.
In the case of a refund to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to make the refund to the Consumer who previously made the payment with a payment card exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, regardless of the reason for the refund.
For Buyers who made the payment via bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. For Consumers to whom the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia does not apply, the provisions of the Law on Obligations regarding defects in the provided services will apply.
GENERAL TERMS OF PAYMENT
Only participants who complete their registration will be able to participate in the scientific and/or social programme.
The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION DATA
When the Buyer enters payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. The security of the Buyer's data during the purchase of services is guaranteed by the payment processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade (hereinafter: ChipCard), thus the entire payment process is conducted on ChipCard's pages. At no point are the Buyer's payment card details available to any other system, as guaranteed by the payment processor ChipCard a.d. Belgrade.
The Seller commits not to request or store in any electronic form the data related to the payment card used for the transaction, including the card number, expiration date, CVC2, and CVV number, etc. Therefore, the Buyer is solely authorized to independently enter the required payment card data into the system without the involvement of any other party in the process.
PRIVACY PROTECTION
The Seller (Conference Republic D.O.O. Beograd) is committed to protecting the privacy of all Buyers using its services. In this regard, the Seller collects only necessary, basic information about Buyers, as well as information required for business operations and informing Buyers in accordance with good business practices and to provide better service. Buyers are given the option to choose whether or not they want to use the payment service. All data about Buyers is strictly protected and only accessible to Seller's employees and partner companies who need it to perform their duties. All Seller and Partners employees are responsible for adhering to privacy protection principles.
This policy covers how we use your personal information you submit during the registration procedure. Any information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute it to anyone. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect such information.
Keep in mind that Conference and websites are about networking. When you register to attend the conference and submit data about your company, cooperation profiles, contact information and any other information, you agree that this information can be available to other registered participants and printed material during the event, and that other registered participants can send you meeting requests for b2b sessions.
COMPLAINT POLICY
If it is determined that the provided service is incomplete or not in compliance with the business relationship between the Seller and the Buyer (provided that the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia), the Buyer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia. Complaints can be submitted electronically by sending an email to snsspco@snss.org.rs, or via telephone number +381 11 4050 695 from 9 to 17h CET.
The Seller is obliged to acknowledge receipt of the complaint. The Seller must respond to the Buyer’s complaint in writing or electronically without delay, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The Seller's response to the complaint must include a decision on whether the complaint is accepted, a statement on the Buyer’s request, a specific proposal, and a deadline for resolving the complaint, which cannot exceed 15 days from the date of filing the complaint.
If the Seller is unable to meet the Buyer's request within the specified period due to objective reasons, they must inform the Buyer about the extension of the deadline for resolving the complaint and obtain their consent.
